These are static input files and actual computed results, not the paid app.
The sample uses prepared totals for each order, not native marketplace exports.
There is no code in this preview download.

Start with Order_Profit_Reconciliation.csv. Four completed orders have
contribution profit USD 45.00, -10.00, 24.00 and 114.00, totalling USD 173.00.
S1005 has USD 40.00 known proceeds but no purchase link. Its profit and purchase
cost are left blank. P1004 has USD 24.00 cost not allocated to a sale.

For S1001, sales row 2 gives 120 + 5 - 15 = 110 in net proceeds.
Purchases row 2 gives 55 + 5 + 3 = 63 in net cost.
Links row 2 assigns that entire purchase to S1001.
Then 110 - 63 - 2 other costs = 45 contribution profit.

P1003 is shared by S1003 and S1004 through two explicit allocations of 30.00.
The two amounts sum to its complete net cost of 60.00.

Unresolved_Records.csv lists the unmatched sale and unallocated purchase.
Order_Profit_Audit.json includes the original input text and full result.
All figures are synthetic. The snapshot date is 2026-10-16.

Contribution profit is before overheads and income tax. No currency conversion.
The paid offline app imports prepared sale, purchase and allocation CSVs with
explicit field mapping and formats. It does not connect to marketplace APIs
or guarantee automatic import of arbitrary native eBay or Amazon exports.
One row must hold totals for a complete sale or supplier purchase.
Use eBay Order earnings, not Net order earnings, if choosing earnings mode.
Known-zero fields and a fixed currency are explicit choices, not assumptions.
The as-of date labels the supplied snapshot. It does not filter input rows.
Later refunds or adjustments can change a snapshot.
